On Monday, December 10th, Yen Garcia will be talking to us about Arctic Mining Equipment. Working up in the North West Terrrtories in a Mining environment does not come without its complications. Yen will be discussing how they manage to operate the mine in such extreme cold conditions. His focus is on optimizing the mine FLAC (Fuel, Lube, Air and Coolant) program. Yen Garcia has been in the lubrication industry for almost 15 years. He has been involved in the manufacturing of lubricants, and now works with Ekati mines as a lubrication specialist.
